Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. The credit timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.

- Travel insurance premiums
- Special promotional or flash-sale bookings (marked non-refundable at checkout)
Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government travel bans, or other force majeure events, we offer full credit to your OMT wallet valid for 12 months.

Cancel your booking from the My Bookings page or email refunds@omytravel.com with your booking ID.
